RD 1 PREVIEW: CATS TO UNFURL FLAG

BROADBEACH will unfurl the 2021 premiership flag in front of a blockbuster SUBARU OVAL crowd tomorrow against the Noosa Tigers. After the drought breaking premiership in 2021, all the CATS are back on deck to go BACK 2 BACK in 2022! The season starts tomorrow against Noosa Tigers in what is expected to be a great match.

The CATS will roll out 15 premiership players in round 1. Recruits Bradley Lynch (Western Bulldogs AFL, Footscray/Southport VFL), Sam Barnett (St Kevins VAFA), Oscar McKinley (Sandhurst, Bendigo), Nathan McHugh (Kangaroo Flat, Bendigo) will play their first games in the famous blue and white hoops after having great pre-seasons and fitting into the club nicely. Southport VFL listed player Callum Searle who played for Port Melbourne last year will debut for the cats. Jack O'Shea returns to the seniors after an ACL injury in 2020 and Harrison Rowles will play his first senior match after a brilliant injury free pre-season. Good Luck to all of these boys!

Make sure you are there at 1:48pm tomorrow to see the flag unfurled! GO CATS!
